Digital Sheet Music For Sale

Roan's compositions may be purchased as downloads in .PDF format through this Web Site (see T's and C's below) using a debit/credit card or pay pal account (you do not need a pay pal account to purchase).

Your name or the name of the person you are purchasing the music for, must be imprinted on the music for copyright protection reasons. Once Roan gets an email from pay pal confirming your purchase he will add your name and send you the music as a PDF attachment via email. Please be aware in busy periods he may take a few days to do this after purchase but once ordered he will keep in email communication with you on timescales, thank you.

Delivery Timescale: Purchasing .pdf music direct from Roan is slower but cheaper than using download distributors (when purchasing standard .pdf sheet music with no personal dedication) and the full money goes to Roan (using an online retailer is instant download at point of sale, but they can't offer personal dedication service and distributors will take 50% of the sale, but please use these if you need the music quickly). However, as it is a personal service, the .pdf purchased here is not downloaded instantly.  After receiving your order Roan will add your name to the copyright section on the sheet music (required) and add any personal dedication before sending you the .pdf music via email.  Roan needs access to his music publishing software to do this, during busy periods this may take a few days.  Other delays may occur if dedication messages need edits (see below), but in all cases Roan will communicate delays via email.

Permissions of Copyright: Your name or the name of the person you are purchasing the music for, must be imprinted on the music for copyright protection reasons. The name used is that entered on the order.  If a name is not entered, the name of the purchaser will be added by default, if that is not available, the .pdf cannot be delivered without a name and no refund is given, the sheet music .pdf can only be delivered with a name imprinted. Please note if the name imprinted is not the purchaser, the purchaser will have no copyright permissions (other than digitally storing the file for the purpose of passing to the named imprinted person), these copyright permissions will pass to the named person imprinted. This means the name you give is imprinted at the bottom of the music. It will allow the person named to store the digital file on clouds and devices, use the digital file as sheet music on devices, or print the digital file onto paper for their own use. The purchaser, by not using their own name, although purchasing the file is gifting these copyright permissions to the named imprinted person. Anyone, making copies by printing or sharing the digital file with others not named on the copyright section of the .pdf music is illegal.

Imprinted Dedication Message: If you have purchased sheet music with a dedication message to be imprinted on the .pdf sheet music, please note it may take extra time for product delivery.  The dedication must not exceed 20 characters. Roan reserves the right to edit, omit or change any dedications in order to fit to the print area and no refund is given for any necessary changes compared to that requested on the purchase order.  If there are any changes made, Roan will email you the message before imprinting and sending you the sheet music. Roan reserves the right to refuse imprinting of any dedication that he deems to be innappropriate or offensive. No refund is given for any refused dedication imprints, a standard message will be applied in it's place. Once imprinted and delivered by email, dedications cannot be changed (a new .pdf order would need to be paid for).

As .pdf orders involve imprintings, once any order is made, no refund can be given for any reason.
