- In 2018 Roan was comissioned by London South Bank University to compose an orginal score for a short film in association with the Mind and Sense Charities
- Roan composed, arranged and recorded the entire film score delivering a soundtrack for the film

- As well as writing 24 tracks for drum kit playalong Roan has created and crafted several bespoke melodies and accompiaments in the Pop industry from the UK to Sweden
- Roan Kearsey-Lawson was comissioned to write, score and conduct a string backing for the pop label Trouserphonic, with Shindig magazine refering to the works as very Beatles style George Harrison strings.

- Roan spent many years performing at the world famous Finchcocks Museum. Whilst there he composed the Finchcocks Suite and A Tale of Love Suite.
- In 2021 he has composed the New Horizons Suite Op.42 for Piano and String Quintet plus Fantasia on Mindfulness Op.43
- Roan has also Writen his album Classical Conversations based upon his theory of Classical Conversationalism
- Roan is currently working on a choral work
